English Trainer of Trainers & Assessor

About the role

The English Trainer of Trainers & Assessor is responsible for evaluating, training, and preparing newly hired English instructors before they begin teaching. This role ensures that all instructors meet the organization’s academic standards, teaching methodology, classroom management expectations, and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct teaching demos, assess language proficiency, teaching techniques, classroom management, and communication abilities of instructor candidates.
• Provide detailed evaluation reports, hiring recommendations, and participate in the selection process with HR and Academic Management.
• Design and deliver onboarding training programs covering company teaching methodologies, systems, policies, and academic standards.
• Prepare training materials, workshops, and development sessions to ensure instructors are classroom‑ready.
• Observe instructors during training and probation, deliver constructive feedback, and create coaching plans.
• Lead refresher training sessions, professional development workshops, and identify further training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred).
• Minimum three years of English language teaching experience.
• Proven experience in teacher training, mentoring, supervision, or academic leadership.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Ability to evaluate teaching performance objectively and provide actionable feedback.
