Enrichment Program Coordinator – STEAMulation Hub

About the role

The Enrichment Program Coordinator will lead the design, planning and delivery of enrichment curricula and activities at the STEAMulation Hub in Shorouk City. The role ensures high‑quality edutainment experiences, aligns programs with Innovvette’s policies, and supports the centre’s growth and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan all enrichment curricula and programs for the STEAMulation Hub.
• Introduce, execute and oversee daily program operations throughout the year.
• Develop, train, mentor and coach the centre’s counsellors and animators.
• Establish and maintain business partnerships to support hub activities.
• Collaborate with Finance & IT to develop and monitor program budgets and financial performance.
• Support the Marketing Department by monitoring market positioning and briefing management on performance and share.
