Enterprise Architect - Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring an Enterprise Architect Manager in its Advisory line of service, within the integration and platform architecture practice. The team designs and implements seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimising technology infrastructure. The role focuses on architectural solutions aligned with the organisation's strategy, and involves coaching and developing team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural solutions that align with the organisation's strategy and goals
• Understand business products, business strategies and customer usage of products
• Define architectural principles, analyse business and technology landscapes and develop frameworks to guide technology decisions and investments
• Ensure technology infrastructure is optimised, scalable and aligned with business needs, supporting efficient data flow, interoperability and agility
• Coach, develop and inspire others, leverage team members' strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Take ownership of projects, covering planning, budgeting, execution and completion
• Mentor team members, use work reviews to deepen their expertise and resolve conflicts with clients, team members and stakeholders
• Uphold professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Required profile

• Experience in business solutions that enable an organisation's technology infrastructure
• Familiarity with business strategy, processes and technology infrastructure
• Ability to lead with integrity and authenticity, embracing technology and innovation
