Enterprise Architect (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the definition and execution of our enterprise architecture strategy in Riyadh. The role will ensure technology investments are aligned with business goals and drive modern, secure, and scalable solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define architecture principles, standards, reference models and governance processes.
• Design current‑state and target‑state architecture models and create transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, engineering teams and project managers to ensure architectural alignment.
• Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Lead technology modernization, cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on best practices.

Required profile

• 9–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑domain architecture solutions.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, Gartner EA.
• Architecture modeling: ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4 Model.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Architecture domains: Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security.
• Microservices, API Architecture, Event‑Driven Architecture, Integration Patterns.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
• Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Service‑Oriented Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design.
• Governance frameworks: ITIL, COBIT.
• Security and compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
• Enterprise architecture tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Orbus Software, MEGA HOPEX.
