Enterprise Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive new opportunities with large, strategic accounts across B2B and B2C markets. This fully remote position works within US time zones (EST–PST) and supports enterprise sales motions through account‑based prospecting and senior‑level engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute account‑based prospecting strategies for enterprise‑level organizations.
• Research and map complex buying committees, identifying key stakeholders.
• Engage Director, VP, and C‑level executives with highly personalized outreach.
• Conduct deep discovery calls to qualify strategic initiatives and use cases.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning and deal strategy.
• Generate high‑quality meetings that meet enterprise qualification standards.
• Maintain detailed account notes, opportunity context, and ensure CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven experience prospecting or selling into enterprise‑level B2B and B2C organizations.
• Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).
• Experience working with US or UK‑based companies.
• Strong executive presence and business‑level communication skills.
• Ability to support complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Advanced CRM usage and disciplined pipeline management.
