Enterprise Risk Senior Specialist

About the role

Modupay is looking for an Enterprise Risk Senior Specialist to strengthen its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. You will work across the organization to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect the company’s reputation, security, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the ERM framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate enterprise‑wide risks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute risk management strategies tailored to the fintech/payments landscape.
• Conduct risk assessments, business continuity initiatives, and KRIs monitoring.
• Analyze risk data, report trends and exposures to senior management and the Board.
• Facilitate risk workshops and liaise with functional managers to implement mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑4 years of relevant risk management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, multi‑country environment.
