Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Fresh Graduates

About the role

August Real Estate is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join its Cairo office as Fresh Agents. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on exposure to property sales, client service, and market analysis in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in listing and promoting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure listings are up‑to‑date.
• Support the preparation of basic market reports and research local trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate documentation and facilitate negotiations under senior guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Business, Marketing or related fields are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, visit properties, and thrive in a target‑driven setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English are beneficial.
