About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in property sales and receive comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and selecting properties that match their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal team members.
• Negotiate deals and support the closing process.
• Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and property listings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic experience or foundational knowledge in sales or brokerage.
• Genuine interest in the real‑estate sector and willingness to develop market expertise.
