ER & ICU Physician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ER & ICU Physician to provide high‑quality emergency and urgent care in our new hotel clinics located on the Red Sea coast. The role combines direct patient treatment with operational supervision of medical staff and clinic resources.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver emergency and urgent medical care, assess, diagnose, stabilize and manage both critical and non‑critical conditions.
• Supervise daily medical operations of the assigned hotel clinics, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Mentor, monitor and evaluate physicians, nurses and other medical personnel.
• Conduct regular clinic audits, performance reviews and documentation checks.
• Coordinate patient referrals with hospital departments and ensure continuity of care.
• Manage medical equipment, medication stocks and supplies, and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational and clinical reports for management and participate in training and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree; Master’s in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care or related specialty preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in Egypt.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Emergency Medicine and/or ICU.
• Previous supervisory or multi‑site clinic management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English.
