About the role
We are seeking an energetic Events Sales Executive to lead our wedding and celebration segment. You will work directly with private customers, brides, families and event planners to design and deliver premium chocolate table experiences, gifting setups and luxury moments that leave a lasting impression.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and advise clients on chocolate table concepts and event solutions.
- Present House of Cocoa’s premium offerings for weddings, engagements, henna nights and other celebrations.
- Convert inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, social media and referrals into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate tastings, showroom visits and customized quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venues, decorators and event organizers.
- Hand over confirmed orders to the operations team for flawless execution.
- Achieve monthly booking targets and expand the brand’s presence in the wedding market.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in events sales, wedding planning, hospitality sales, luxury retail or premium customer‑facing roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Professional appearance and strong personal style.
- High energy, results‑driven and able to close deals.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and passionate about celebrations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with WhatsApp for client communication.
- Proficiency with Instagram for lead generation and engagement.
- Comfortable using social media platforms to manage inquiries and build relationships.
