About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position provides high‑level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review and process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Handle internal and external communications, drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Oversee day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support seamless office operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive or senior‑level administrative assistance.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the trading or supply industry is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets.
- Experience with scheduling tools.
