Executive Business Officer to CEO

About the role

The company is looking for a highly professional Executive Business Officer to support the Group CEO across industrial manufacturing, telecom solutions, and strategic investments. This senior position combines business analysis, operational oversight, and strategic project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of business plans and operational strategies.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and business analysis for the CEO.
• Monitor KPIs across sales, operations, finance, production, and business development.
• Coordinate between departments and executive management to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic business reviews.
• Support branding, marketing initiatives, and commercial activities.
• Organise executive meetings, travel arrangements, exhibitions, and international events.
• Assist in follow‑up of strategic projects and business priorities.
• Support recruitment coordination and organisational follow‑up when needed.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in business management, executive support, operations, or strategy.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and organisational management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
