About the role
This high‑impact position supports the CEO of a fast‑growing Egyptian startup that modernises end‑of‑life and funeral services. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and strategic coordination across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar, meetings and priorities.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes and track action items to completion.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft professional documents, emails and reports in English and Arabic.
- Prepare presentations and business reports with data‑driven insights.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events and executive logistics.
- Support recruitment coordination and follow‑ups.
- Monitor expenses and assist in financial tracking and reporting.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Assist with office management and operational tasks.
Required profile
- 2–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator or Project Coordinator.
- Advanced English (spoken & written) and proficiency in Arabic.
- Previous experience in startups, venture‑capital firms or real‑estate companies.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and detail‑orientation skills.
- Self‑motivated, flexible and proactive attitude.
