Export Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Agromisr, a family‑owned Egyptian manufacturer of dehydrated vegetables, herbs and spices, is looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to join its Alexandria team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on managing export documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file export paperwork such as invoices, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Monitor export timelines, track shipments and report status to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant trade regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular logistics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures and trade regulations.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and supply‑chain partners.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with logistics software.
