Export Sales Executive – Yeast & Bread Improvers

About the role

Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, is looking for an Export Sales Executive for its Dosumaya brand in the Middle East and Gulf countries. The role coordinates sales and product development activities to meet or exceed budget targets and grow sales, opens and develops distribution networks and keeps customers engaged. It reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market conditions and prepare monthly sales reports, competitor intelligence and forecasts for the regional S&OP team
• Monitor prices at wholesalers, bakeries and supermarkets and create annual budgets for the assigned brands and region
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and customers, analyse inquiries and propose prices
• Manage pending issues such as payments, orders, quality complaints and stock levels, using a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
• Collect orders, coordinate delivery, prepare proforma invoices and work with the finance, quality and production teams
• Organise technical support activities with the Baking Center and collect product samples from the market
• Work with the export marketing team on promotions and campaigns, attend fairs and exhibitions and collaborate with colleagues covering other brands in the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Economics
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in export sales and distributor network management
• Fluent English; a second language is an asset
