Export Sales Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Manager will drive export revenue growth for CCH Egypt, ensuring an excellent customer experience while expanding the customer base. This senior position works closely with internal functions and Coca‑Cola Hellenic Group partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute an export business plan, meeting sales, revenue and profit targets.
• Lead cross‑functional projects involving production, quality, logistics, finance, tax and treasury.
• Establish effective ways of working with all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with HBC Group on joint projects.
• Deliver superior service to existing customers and attract new ones aligned with The Coca‑Cola Company.
• Develop mid‑term plans based on customer potential and market understanding.

Required profile

• University degree in business‑related studies.
• 10‑12 years of export experience in FMCG.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in international sales and customer management.
• Project‑management experience with cross‑functional teams.
• Highly self‑motivated, strategic thinker, organized and excellent time manager.
• Strong networking and influencing abilities.
