About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Specialist to drive international growth for our herbs and spices portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new overseas customers and expanding existing relationships while ensuring smooth order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
• Communicate professionally with international customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and negotiate commercial offers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in export sales within the herbs & spices industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English for daily communication with international clients.
• Strong business email writing and client communication abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
