Export Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Export Supply Chain Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all export shipments for our manufacturing and trading operations. You will act as the central point of contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant and cost‑effective movement of goods across sea, air and land.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage export shipments, monitoring progress and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bills of lading.
• Ensure full compliance with export control regulations, sanctions and trade laws (Incoterms, ECRA, EAR, OFAC).
• Negotiate freight rates, service level agreements and contracts with carriers, forwarders and 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and sales to align export schedules with inventory and demand forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and reports on cost, lead time, on‑time delivery and compliance, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in export logistics, multi‑modal freight management and trade compliance.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing, trading or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience using TMS/WMS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
