Exterior Designer – Jeddah (Full‑time, Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Exterior Designer to join our on‑site team in Jeddah. The role involves turning client briefs into compelling exterior concepts, producing accurate construction documents, and delivering high‑quality visualisations that communicate the design intent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, including mood boards and material palettes.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams.
• Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings with SketchUp, Revit and Lumion, and produce presentation graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Participate in site visits, ensure design intent is maintained during construction, and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, building codes and company quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in exterior design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian or GCC building codes is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
