Exterior Designer (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The role involves creating compelling exterior concepts, producing detailed drawings, and delivering high‑quality visualisations for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentation packages.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp and Revit and generate photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs with Lumion.
• Prepare presentation graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Participate in site visits, incorporate feedback and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Maintain compliance with client briefs, local regulations and company quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian or GCC building codes and municipal approval processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines.
• Arabic and English language skills are a strong advantage.
