Facilities Associate Manager – Activation

About the role

The Facilities Associate Manager – Activation will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of facilities and workplace services across plants, distribution centres and agro locations. You will ensure operational continuity, service efficiency and a consistent employee experience while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee core facilities services such as office supplies, equipment, mail distribution, records management, fleet, housekeeping, gardening, uniforms, leasing, maintenance, cafeteria, reception and communication systems.
• Develop, control and monitor the annual facilities operating plan, aligning budget, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Partner with functional leaders to align facilities policies and programs with current and future business needs.
• Plan, prioritize and manage maintenance, upgrades and improvement projects to minimise disruption.
• Drive consistent housekeeping and workplace service standards, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
• Manage asset tracking, transfers, utilisation and governance processes.
• Oversee transportation services, including shuttle buses, emergency cars, car‑pooling and rental logistics.
• Coordinate telecommunications requirements and ensure compliance with benefits policies.
• Identify, design and execute CAPEX and facilities enhancement projects to improve the physical work environment.
• Lead, coach and develop the facilities team while collaborating with vendor management and procurement to optimise service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering or a related technical/business discipline preferred.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, facilities management, workplace services or property/portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of premises management, facilities operations and maintenance activities.
