Facility Maintenance Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the upkeep of 13 sites across Greater Cairo. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of a multi‑site maintenance team, ensuring all building services run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance operations across 13 locations in Greater Cairo.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, drainage and other building services.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, allocating resources between sites.
• Handle maintenance requests through a CMMS/Ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and timely closure.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and conduct routine site inspections.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, scrap management and compliance with HSE policies and company standards.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialised works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management and maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS/Ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, Limble, SAP PM).
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
