Factory Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our ready‑made garments manufacturing operations at Salam Shopping Center in Heliopolis, Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from cutting to packaging, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all factory operations from cutting to packaging.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste and operational losses.
• Ensure implementation of quality standards across all departments.
• Lead supervisors, production teams, and department heads.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Analyze operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in garment manufacturing operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role within a garments factory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of ready‑made garments production lines and factory operations.
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and operations management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
