Factory Manager – Low Voltage Panels

About the role

The Factory Manager will lead the Low Voltage (LV) panel manufacturing plant, overseeing daily production, ensuring high‑quality output, safety compliance, and on‑time delivery while driving cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control daily production activities.
• Optimise processes to reduce downtime and waste.
• Monitor workflow and coordinate smoothly between departments.
• Improve factory productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Guarantee that all products meet LV industry standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local industrial laws and LV standards.
• Manage, train and develop factory staff and supervisors.
• Conduct performance evaluations and plan manpower needs.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to secure material availability.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in LV/electrical panels.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems such as switchgear, panels and distribution boards.
• Proven experience in factory or production management.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
