Factory Manager – Textile (Woven) Manufacturing

About the role

FETRA INTEGRITY Egypt is seeking a full‑time Factory Manager to lead its woven textile manufacturing operations in Cairo. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production, ensuring quality, and driving efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Maintain and improve quality assurance processes.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows and resource utilization.
• Supervise and develop production teams, fostering collaboration.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in production planning and production management.
• Extensive knowledge of quality control and manufacturing operations.
• Solid understanding of operations management and process optimisation.
• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with woven textile processes and project‑management tools is a plus.
