Faculty Member – Management (Undergraduate Teaching & Administration)

About the role

This position combines undergraduate teaching with management and administrative duties within a university faculty. The successful candidate will contribute to existing programmes, design new curricula, and ensure quality assurance while supporting the faculty’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses using traditional and online methods.
• Design and launch new undergraduate programmes.
• Lead programmes and oversee their quality assurance.
• Participate in faculty‑wide curriculum development and programme reviews.
• Publish research in high‑impact journals and secure grant funding.
• Engage in knowledge exchange, public outreach, and media activities.
• Lead projects or courses, coordinating staff and resources.
• Represent the faculty within academic and professional communities locally, nationally, and internationally.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in the relevant subject area.
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience at national or international universities.
• Proven record of research with publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Experience in securing research grants.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage academic programmes.

Required skills

• Strong oral and written communication of complex information.
• Ability to contribute to research activities and the intellectual life of the faculty.
