Fashion Designer – Homewear & Sleepwear

About the role

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer to lead the development of our homewear and sleepwear collections. You will translate seasonal trends into cohesive designs that combine comfort, quality, and style.

Key responsibilities

• Research seasonal trends, fabrics, colors, and cuts to build mood boards and seasonal collections.
• Create detailed digital flat sketches and visual illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive tech packs with design specs, fabric details, measurement charts, trims, and construction notes.
• Source and test lightweight, soft, and durable fabrics such as cotton, modal, satin, and knits.
• Collaborate with technical designers and pattern makers during sample review and fitting sessions.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and marketing teams to align designs with price points, cost targets, and brand identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in homewear, sleepwear, or casual wear.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, pattern‑making concepts, and fitting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management abilities, and effective cross‑team communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with CAD software for apparel design.
• Ability to create detailed tech packs.
