F&B Account Manager – Customer Success & Sales

About the role

The Food & Beverage Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing assigned F&B customer accounts. The role focuses on delivering expert technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue retention and margin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned F&B customer accounts.
• Provide technical service and application support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain pricing discipline and achieve gross profit targets.
• Analyze customer usage trends and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare account reviews and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical, supply‑chain, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Food & Beverage industry processes and challenges.
• Applied technical knowledge of chemical solutions and sanitation processes used in production environments.
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO and local food‑safety regulations.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex service and account‑management tasks, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of chemical solutions and sanitation processes.
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO food‑safety standards.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
