F&B Accounts Manager

About the role

The F&B Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of food‑and‑beverage accounts, delivering technical service value and identifying growth opportunities. This role focuses on maintaining revenue, capturing price, and improving gross profit while supporting customers with product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts or groups of accounts, ensuring high‑level technical service delivery.
• Identify and develop new product opportunities within existing customer bases.
• Maintain and grow revenue streams, capture appropriate pricing, and enhance gross profit margins.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support customer needs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of technical service concepts and practical application in the food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Ability to work independently on non‑routine, moderately complex assignments.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to research, process, and interpret data.
• Leadership potential to guide junior staff when required.
