FF&E Designer – Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Design

About the role

MF & Associates is looking for a creative FF&E Designer to translate design concepts into fully furnished environments. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure every piece aligns with the overall vision and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Research and propose furniture, fixtures, and accent styles that match project concepts.
• Develop mood boards, furniture layouts, and comprehensive FF&E presentations.
• Create fully furnished plans and set the design style for each project.
• Prepare technical drawings for custom furniture manufacturing, such as cabinets, kitchens, bar backdrops, and TV units.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers, manage budgets, and ensure quality and durability of materials.
• Produce FF&E specification sheets detailing quantities, dimensions, and product information.
• Oversee delivery logistics, on‑site furnishing, and styling, handling last‑minute adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and emerging design innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities with budget and timeline management.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client and supplier liaison.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
