FF&E Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time FF&E Specialist to join our interior design team in Egypt. In this on‑site position you will lead the selection, specification and procurement of furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials across a range of projects, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed FF&E schedules, cost estimates and specification documents.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects and project managers to align FF&E selections with overall design concepts.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors, managing contracts and delivery timelines.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present FF&E documentation for client approvals and internal reviews.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any issues that arise.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in FF&E specification, procurement or related interior design roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with current interior design trends, materials and finishes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
