FIDIC Contracts Instructor (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

Link Academy is seeking a part‑time, remote FIDIC Contracts Instructor to design and deliver online courses on the practical use of FIDIC contract suites, with a focus on the Red Book. The role involves translating complex contract provisions into clear, actionable training for professionals involved in international construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive course materials covering FIDIC contract clauses, risk allocation, claims management and dispute resolution.
• Deliver live and recorded training sessions to a global audience of engineers, project managers and contract administrators.
• Provide expert guidance on interpreting the 1999 and 2017 editions of the FIDIC Rainbow Suite.
• Assess participant progress and offer feedback to ensure mastery of contract management principles.
• Stay updated on revisions to FIDIC standards and incorporate changes into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• Proven knowledge of the FIDIC Red Book and Rainbow Suite editions (1999, 2017).
• Experience in claims handling and dispute management under FIDIC rules.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
