FIDIC Contracts Instructor (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Link Project Management (LPM) through its training arm Link Academy is seeking a part‑time, remote FIDIC Contracts Instructor. You will design and deliver interactive online courses covering the practical use of the FIDIC Red, Yellow and White Books for international construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive online training modules on FIDIC contract suites (1999 and 2017 editions).
• Deliver live virtual sessions and recorded lessons, explaining contract clauses, claims management, dispute resolution and risk allocation.
• Create supporting materials such as case studies, quizzes, and reference guides.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback to ensure mastery of concepts.
• Continuously update course content to reflect the latest FIDIC revisions and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• In‑depth knowledge of the FIDIC Rainbow Suite editions (1999 and 2017) and their practical applications.
• Proven expertise in claims and dispute management procedures under FIDIC rules.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., FIDIC Certified Trainer) are highly desirable.
• Experience delivering professional training or workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
