Field Sales Engineer II – End Users & Strategic Customers

About the role

We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer II to develop and manage relationships with real‑estate developers, hotel operators and key stakeholders across the North Coast, Marsa Matrouh and Alexandria regions. You will identify new projects, generate sales opportunities and drive growth through direct engagement with end users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track and develop sales opportunities within new and ongoing real‑estate and hotel projects in the North Coast area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, hotel owners, operators and decision‑makers.
• Monitor construction pipelines, conduct site visits and hold regular customer meetings to understand project requirements.
• Promote company solutions, ensure proper specification during design and execution phases, and prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project and customer data in CRM systems and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, support negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, project sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction, hospitality or building‑solutions sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and demonstrate solid commercial and negotiation skills.
