Field Sales Representative

About the role

This position focuses on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso and Dojo vaping products across the Egyptian FMCG retail market. The representative will work hands‑on with convenience stores and tobacco retailers to drive product adoption, increase shelf presence, and generate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets regularly to pitch and sell products.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with store owners and decision‑makers.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends, and relay insights to headquarters.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and execute in‑store promotional activities.
• Support brand events, roadshows, and other sales‑driven campaigns.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum education requirement).
• Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through in‑person store visits.
• Experience in the e‑cigarette, tobacco, or related FMCG categories is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Fluent Arabic and proficient English.
