Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso and Dojo vaping products across the Egyptian FMCG retail market. You will work on the ground, visiting convenience stores and tobacco retailers to increase product adoption and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to retail shops, convenience stores and tobacco outlets to pitch and sell products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with store owners and decision‑makers, identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and consumer trends, and relay insights to headquarters.
• Negotiate for increased shelf space and in‑store visibility, executing promotional activities.
• Support in‑store promotions, roadshows and industry events to boost brand engagement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, preferably with a retail channel focus.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through store visits and negotiations.
• Experience in the e‑cigarette, tobacco or related FMCG categories is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
