Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the FMCG retail market, focusing on convenience stores and tobacco outlets. The role requires frequent in‑person visits, relationship building, and market intelligence gathering.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets to pitch and sell products.
• Ensure Vaporesso/Dojo items are stocked, promoted, and given optimal shelf space.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with store owners and decision‑makers.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends, and relay insights to headquarters.
• Negotiate in‑store visibility and execute promotional activities, roadshows, and events.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (minimum requirement).
• 2–4 years of proven direct sales experience in FMCG, preferably with retail‑channel sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through door‑to‑door pitching.
• Own a car and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Native Arabic speaker with business‑level English proficiency.
