About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to lead a team of service technicians, conduct site surveys, and manage the delivery, installation and hand‑over of equipment at client sites in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of service technicians.
Conduct site surveys prior to installations.
Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
Perform on‑site delivery, installation and hand‑over.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance at client premises.
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment faults and breakdowns.
Hold meetings with clients to resolve technical issues.
Control daily operating expenses for yourself and your team.
Travel within Egypt up to 20% of the time.

Required profile

Mechanical or mechatronic engineering degree.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Hardworking and able to work in continuous outdoor conditions.
Analytical mindset.
Good command of English and strong communication skills.
