Field Service Engineer – Pharmaceutical Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, self‑organized Field Service Engineer to join our global team. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting premium solid‑pharma processing and packaging equipment at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical analysis on solid‑pharma machines.
• Provide rapid on‑site or remote support during machine downtime to restore performance.
• Assist with acceptance testing at the factory and at customer locations.
• Deliver training to customers on operation, modifications, safety rules, and equipment upgrades.
• Present service products such as modernization packages and spare‑part bundles to customers, linking with the Service Sales department.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven field‑service or maintenance experience with solid‑pharma equipment (OSD, granulation, capsules, tablet press, granulators).
• Experience with BOSCH / SYNTEGON equipment (e.g., GKF capsule fillers, TPR tablet presses) is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly flexible, precise, self‑organized, and willing to travel frequently.
