Field Service Representative II – Water

About the role

Join Ecolab’s Nalco Water team as a Field Service Representative II, supporting water treatment and disinfection systems across diverse industries. You will work independently in the field, building trusted relationships with customers while delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support, escalating complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Execute chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Support Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute system assurance plans.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment (install track).
• Execute cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large‑scale water disinfection (hygiene track).
• Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and basic hand/power tools to complete service tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
