Field Trainer

About the role
The Field Trainer will work closely with INTEGRA's sales force to improve performance, communication, and customer service. This full‑time position involves both on‑site coaching visits and office‑based training sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct coaching field visits with sales representatives.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of training programs in the field.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained by the sales force.
- Assist the training department in delivering office training courses and refresher sessions on selling and soft skills.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- At least 1 year of experience as a field sales trainer or coach.
- Residence in the Delta region and ownership of a car.
- Proven track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
