Fieldwork Support

About the role

The Fieldwork Support role ensures smooth execution of primary market research projects by coordinating data collection activities and maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with field investigators, interviewers, and project supervisors to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating day‑to‑day fieldwork activities across multiple research projects.
• Support onboarding and basic training of field investigators and interviewers.
• Allocate survey tasks, track interviewer progress, and maintain fieldwork trackers.
• Monitor fieldwork status, conduct spot checks, back‑check calls, and other basic quality validations.
• Escalate issues to supervisors and ensure adherence to sampling plans and survey guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics such as interview permissions, material distribution, and on‑ground or remote issue resolution.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in medical market research, especially outbound B2B telephone or in‑person research with physicians or other medical personnel.
• Strong persuasive oral communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
