Finance Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to support our financial operations remotely. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks, and leveraging Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
• Be available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Based in the United States and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
