Finance Controller – Giza, Egypt

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead all accounting functions for our operations in Giza, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will partner with commercial and operational teams to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, credit control, and fixed assets teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, optimise costs and support commercial decision‑making.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit control and cash‑flow to maintain healthy working capital.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Background in multinational FMCG or food manufacturing companies.
• Strong expertise in accounting and commercial finance.
• Proven leadership managing accounting, credit control, fixed assets and commercial finance teams.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Oracle ERP systems.
