Finance Lead / Finance Manager (FP&A & Financial Reporting)

About the role

FlairsTech is seeking a Finance Lead / Finance Manager to own FP&A and financial reporting functions. The role combines strategic budgeting, cash flow management, and performance analysis to support business growth while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes across the organization.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and cash management activities.
• Oversee financial reporting, performance analysis and revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15.
• Ensure accurate IFRS compliance and deferred revenue accounting.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Graduated between 2010 and 2018.
• Currently leading an Accounting or Financial Reporting function.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).
• Proven experience managing finance teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, financial modelling).
• ERP systems – Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 15 and deferred revenue.
• Budgeting, forecasting and FP&A expertise.
• Cash management and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Financial reporting and performance analysis.
