Finance Manager - Emerging Markets

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its Emerging Markets portfolio. You will support the company’s mission to improve health and well‑being by ensuring robust financial performance across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Oversee the annual budget and monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment with targets.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage cash flow and the cash conversion cycle to maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital.
• Manage financial audits and assess financial risks.
• Advise senior leadership on major financial decisions such as investments or acquisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional qualification (MBA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 10+ years of finance experience with global team leadership.
• Experience in Emerging Markets, especially Middle East, Africa, or Asia.
• Background in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
