Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial function, shaping strategy and ensuring robust financial controls to support the company's growth objectives. This senior position reports to senior management and oversees all accounting, reporting, and treasury activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Manage statutory financial reporting and coordinate external audits.
• Analyse performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury functions.
• Establish internal controls and risk‑management practices.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, investment evaluation and strategic planning.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in costing, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial or corporate environments is an advantage.
