Finance Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our client’s fast‑moving team. The role is fully remote and offers strong ownership of FP&A cycles, budgeting, forecasting and compliance in a dynamic, execution‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run monthly forecasts for revenue, margin, OPEX and cash, providing clear variance analysis.
• Own annual budgets and re‑forecasts; build driver‑based operating models for ARR, headcount, COGS and services.
• Produce board‑ready KPI packs, runway, burn and performance reports with narrative insights.
• Partner with accountants to deliver accurate monthly close and management accounts (KSA).
• Coordinate KSA VAT/WHT compliance and maintain a tracked filings calendar.
• Manage 13‑week cash flow, scenario planning and payment prioritisation.
• Improve spend approvals, controls and finance‑ops documentation; support tooling upgrades.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of finance experience with full FP&A ownership.
• Proven track record building operating models for planning and budgeting.
• Strong management‑accounting skills, including accruals, deferred revenue and close processes.
• Experience handling multi‑entity finance, intercompany transactions and multiple currencies.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling discipline.
• Bonus: exposure to UK/US accounting or tax, fundraising support, BI and data‑pipeline experience.
