Finance Operations Manager – Managed Services

About the role

PWC is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Finance Managed Services within its Managed Services line. The role is based in Cairo (ETIC) and focuses on overseeing day‑to‑day finance processes for client engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery of finance engagements, overseeing key customer deliverables.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of end‑to‑end finance transactions, including procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash and general ledger functions.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to align delivery with policies, procedures, compliance standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accountability for SLA/OLA compliance across finance processes.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to support strategic finance managed‑services initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance operations or managed‑services teams.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, risk, and internal controls.
• Ability to manage workload, report progress and escalate issues effectively.
• Leadership skills to mentor, motivate and develop team members.
