Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will join nichebell’s finance team in El Sheikh Zayed, handling day‑to‑day financial operations for an advertising and content production agency. You will prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide data‑driven insights to aid decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts to support business planning.
• Collaborate with account management and project teams to monitor project budgets, profitability and client billing throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Coordinate payroll processing, vendor payments, tax documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related role, preferably within a marketing, advertising or creative agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll and taxation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
